It is amazing how blessed our AEA Team is and we have really seen that this past week for sure!
First Zach Bever, Electrical Engineering Undergrad was awarded his entire plane ticket to be paid for by his department!

Next Cody LaBarber Spread the word via Facebook earlier last week with the good news for the Chemical Engineers of the group. Here is what he posted:
        Cody LaBarber

My best regards go out to Dr. Tom Spicer, Ralph E. Martin Department of Chemical Engineering
Department Head, for his generous allocation. His support and resources will do much more than
money can buy for the children of More Tomorrow, Belize. Arkansas Engineers Abroad – Water
Tower Design Project Team congratulates the recognition the department has granted its young
representatives: Cody LaBarber, Kimberly Cribbs, Lindsey Gray, Alex Moix.
Thank you Chemical Engineering Department for supporting your undergrad students in such an amazing way!! They each recieved an $800 donation to go towards project costs and their travel expenses!
Then as the week closed Ben Marts was informed that the Department of Civil Engineering was also going to support their fellow Civil Engineering Undergrads by donating $750 to each of them!! A special thank you to the Civil Engineering Department Head, Kevin Hall for granting such a great gift to the following Civil Engineering Students: Ben Marts, Harrison Laws, Jenny Doyle, Nick Timberlake, and Sara Johnson

Friday morning we also recieved a call about a very generous donation that was coming our way!  Joe Wilson from Wilson Real Estate Auctioneers, Inc. in Hot Springs Arknasas has donated $1000 for the project cost! This is such a generous donation and we would like to say a very special thank you to Mr. Wilson! It is so amazing that we can get such great support from memebers of the community!

Also, as the trip gets closer and closer the entire team would also like to thank Ben Marts for all his dedication, humility, diligence, and hard work!  Without Ben this trip would never had started to come together!

Once again Thank you to everyone who has helped us raise the money to help a community in need! Every donation helps no matter how big or small! Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers as we continue to finalize the details for the rest of our trip!
